First of a monthly serie where I will share my top 5 favorites of the month. I am very loyal to the products I love but since I get sent a lot, sometimes new products enter the mix. Here is my top 5 of May.

  

CELLRENEW Serum by CLEARSTEM – This product is SOOO gentle and soothing for the skin. The whole line really is amazing for sensitive skin, but this serum in particular really helped my skin when it was feeling dehydrated. I love to put it at night.

 

Young Forever by Dr. Mark Hyman – I love everything about this man so of course I had to buy his new book when it came out in february. It’s all about health, longevity & aging. For someone with no education in medicine, it was very easy to understand. Dr. Hyman shares easy tips to live longer, healthier from your physical health, to mental health & so much more.

 

Unflavored Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder by Nature Zen – For the longest time, I was on the hunt for a good protein powder - good taste and clean ingredients. I found the perfect one from Nature Zen which is made with AMAZING ingredients (pea protein, brocoli, spinach, chlorella, sweet potato, shiitake mushrooms – to name a few). I love the unflavored version to add in my smoothies so that I don’t alter the natural flavor of the fruits. 

 

Lavender & Rose Natural Deodorant by Native – I have been a fan of Native’s deodorant for a while but always picked the Cococnut & Vanilla scent. I recently tried the Lavender & Rose one and I am obsessed. I don’t know if it’s me but I feel like it’s working even more! It feels so fresh & smells amazing. The best natural deodorant in my opinion.

 

Adaptogens by Anima Mundi – At this point you must be tired of hearing me talk about adaptogens, but I just love them so much! They help with mood, energy, hormone, immunity & so much more. It’s just a great supplement to add to my smoothies & it doesn't even taste anything! I love the brand Anima Mundi for herbal supplements since they are of the highest quality, responsibly sourced & organically grown.
