INGREDIENTS
1 apple, cubed
1 tsp vegan butter
1 tsp coconut sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon
Bread of choice
Nut butter
STEPS
1. Heat vegan butter in a pan over medium heat. Add apple, sugar & cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until soft and caramelized.
2. Toast your bread. Spread nut butter on it and top with sauteed apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
