APPLE GRANOLA

If you need to try a new recipe for fall, this is it. This cinnamon-apple granola is SO delicious, one of my top 3 granola recipe ever.


INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats

2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into small cubes

1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup dried raisins

3 tbsp flour

3 tbsp melted vegan butter from LeGrand

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt



STEPS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine thoroughly.

3. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until granola is golden brown. Make sure to stir halfway.

5. Let cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
