One of our favorite snacks is crispy roasted chickpeas. It's as satisfying as eating chips, but much healthier! Add the spices of your choice and you're done!
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Extra virgin olive oil
Nutritional yeast
Garlic powder
Paprika
Sea salt
STEPS
1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cook at least 1h00 (the longer the crispier)! Make sure to toss them once in a while so they don’t burn.
NOTES
If you use more than 1 can of chickpeas, I highly recommend you spread it on to 2 different baking sheet so that they're not overloaded and chickpeas can cook properly.
