DAILY PLANT POWER SALAD

My favorite salad during the spring/summer season - so fresh & packed with minerals and nutrients. This salad bowl version always varies depending on what I have on hand, but always make sure you have plant-based protein, healthy fats and lots of colorful veggies!


INGREDIENTS

Lettuce

Spinach

Cucumber

Bell pepper

Carrots

Green onions

Basil

Cooked beets

Sauerkraut

Hemp seeds

Nuts

Nutritional yeast

Extra virgin olive oil

Herbed sea salt from Herbamare

White balsamic vinegar


STEPS

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl & enjoy.
