A green smoothie a day keeps the doctor away! This green smoothie is so fresh that's why I decided to give it this name. The trick to a good green smoothie is to add green vegetables (obviously), but especially to combine them with light colored fruits such as mango or pineapple. If you have spirulina at home, add a teaspoon to your smoothie and boost it with even more green!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut water
1/2 lebanese cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp superfood greens like spirulina (optional)
1 cup frozen pinneaple
STEPS
1. Put the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
