Try my go-to spring/summer dessert instead of going for that ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
1 container of vanilla vegan yogurt from LeGrand
Fruits (I used blueberries)
Vegan white chocolate chips from Healthy Crunch
Chia seeds
Granola (homemade or store-bought)
STEPS
1. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the yogurt. Add the rest of the toppings and leave to rest in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
2. Take out of the freezer and cut into pieces. Store in the freezer.
