GINGERBREAD OVERNIGHT OATS

This Gingerbread Overnight Oats recipe was created during Holiday season, but that doesn't stop you from eating it all year round! Yet another variation of overnight oats, this time with gingerbread style spices. I don't have all the spices used to recreate gingerbread perfectly, but the taste comes very close.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup non-dairy milk

1/3 cup Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt from LeGrand

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger


STEPS

1. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight (or wait at least 8 hours before consuming).
