Just looking at this green juice makes me feel healthy! No but seriously, drinking cold pressed juices is a great way to stay hydrated thanks to the minerals contained in fresh fruits & vegetables. It's possible to make this juice without an extractor, simply put the ingredients in a high speed blender, cover with water (bonus point if you use coconut water) and drain the pulp using a strainer at the end.
INGREDIENTS for 1 juice
1 cucumber
1 head of celery
1 green apple
1 lemon, peel removed
1 piece of ginger
STEPS
1. Put all the ingredients in a juicer & enjoy.
NOTES
To enjoy all the benefits from the juice, it's better to drink it right away or at least in the next 30 minutes.
