A green smoothie that everyone will like! With all the fruits, you don't taste the spinach at all. Plus, coconut water provides additional hydration thanks to its natural electrolytes. I like to drink this smoothie as a snack, but it can also be considered a breakfast if you add a protein powder to it.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup frozen mangoes or pinneaple
1 banana
2-3 handful of spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of a lemon
Cover with coconut water
STEPS
1. Put the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
OPTIONAL ADD-INS
