HUMMUS

A classic snack at home is hummus with raw vegetables or crackers - nutritious and delicious. After having tried several combinations for this recipe, this one is by far my favorite.


INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Sea salt


STEPS

1. Add all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
