MACA OVERNIGHT OATS

I love overnight oats because it's quick to make, but mostly because there are so many possible combinations. In this recipe, I add maca, a superfood that helps women's health tremendously, especially because it helps regulate hormones.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

3/4 cup non-dairy milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp nut butter of choice

2 tsp Maca from From The Reserve

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp cacao powder

2 tbsp vegan yogurt


STEPS

1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate at least 8 hours (overnight). If you feel like it, you could add toppings when serving.
