MATCHA FROZEN YOGURT BARK

Not to brag, but I created this recipe long before it became popular on TikTok. All kidding aside, this snack (or even dessert) is so good when you're craving something sweet and icy. Instead of falling for the ice cream tub, try this matcha frozen yogurt bark recipe! Adding frozen fruit makes it all soooo good.


INGREDIENTS

1 container (500g) of Vegan Vanilla Yogurt from LeGrand

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 serving Matcha from Pique

1 cup frozen strawberries


STEPS

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, maple syrup and matcha until smooth.

3. Add the fruits, then stir.

4. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet, then let it rest in the freezer at least 6 hours.

5. Break the bark into coarse pieces, then store in airtight container in the freezer up to a month.
