MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats and matcha? Sold. If you have matcha at home and don't like to drink it straight, add it to a breakfast type recipe and you'll find it tastes much better when combined with ingredients like maple syrup and yogurt.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt from LeGrand

1/2 cup frozen berries

Cover with non-dairy milk


STEPS

1. Add all ingredients into a mason jar and give it a good stir so everything is mixed together. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight & enjoy.
