OVERNIGHT OATS

The perfect breakfast (or even snack) for busy mornings. Simply prepare it the night before and the next day, you will get a delicious breakfast ready to go.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened vegan yogurt from LeGrand

½ cup quick oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup frozen berries

Cover with unsweetened non-dairy milk


STEPS

1. Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar. Mix well and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
