I created this Pink Smoothie recipe for Valentine's Day (I mean look at that beautiful color!) The mix of strawberries and yogurt makes this smoothie so creamy. I like to add collagen to my smoothies since there are so many benefits to consuming it (skin health, nails, hair), but you could omit this ingredient.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt from LeGrand
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Plant-Based Collagen Booster from Organika Health
STEPS
1. Put the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
