Adding probiotics to my smoothie has so many health benefits from gut health to improving immunity. I love Bio-K+ drinkable vegan probiotic line because for one the taste is amazing. Also, it makes it much more fun to take a probiotic in the morning when it’s drinkable instead of a typical capsule. You can drink it on its own or add it in a smoothie like I did! Here’s how I make my Probiotic Smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
2 handful of spinach
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana
Handful of fresh berries
1 cup of non-dairy milk of choice
1 portion of Elderberry Extra Drinkable Vegan Probiotic from Bio-K+
STEPS
1. Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender & blend until desired consistency.
