PROTEIN OATMEAL

Lately my body's been craving for more protein. I was never a big fan of protein powder until I tried Naked Nutrition's Naked Shake. Now there isn't a morning that I don't put it in my oatmeal.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder from Naked Nutrition

1/2 cup non-dairy milk

1/2 cup filtered water

Cinnamon to taste

Fresh fruits

Silvered almonds


STEPS

1. In a small sauce pan, combine the oats, flax and chia seeds, non-dairy milk, water, protein powder and sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. Cook on medium-high heat, uncovered, for about 7 minutes. Stir a few times to make sure it doesn't stick.

3. Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes

4. Pour the oatmeal in a bowl and add your toppings; fresh fruits, silvered almonds, peanut butter and sprinkle again with cinnamon.
