SINGLE-SERVING BROWNIE

The moment I got myself some small ramekins, my life changed! You know when you want a dessert without having to make a big batch? This single-serving brownie is the perfect dessert for those kind of evenings. It takes little time to make and is DECADENT, I promise.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp melted Vegan Butter from LeGrand

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cacao powder

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp sea salt

Handful Vegan Mini Chocolate Chips from Dandies

STEPS

1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Rub a ramekin with a bit of vegan butter so the brownies do not stick (you could also use parchment paper).

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, maple syrup & vanilla extract. Add cacao powder, flour and sea salt. Stir with a fork until everything is mixed together. Add a bit of chocolate chips (about a teaspoon).

3. Transfer the batter to the ramekin & sprinkle with a bit of sea salt & chocolate chips.

4. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
