TOFU FETA

I always have a container of tofu feta in my fridge during spring/summer since I love to add it to my salads. It REALLY tastes the same, I guarantee it.


INGREDIENTS

1 bloc of extra firm tofu, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp maple syrup

2 tsp oregano

4 tsp salt

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 cup filtered water (or more, to cover)





STEPS

1. Add the cubes of tofu in a container.

2. Add all the ingredients and cover with water.

3. Close the container and shake it so the marinade mix well together.

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating. Stores in the fridge for a week.
