When I posted this recipe on Instagram, it went viral! The ease/speed of execution and the fact that there are only 2 ingredients is enough to convince anyone who doesn't like to cook that anyone can do it. I like to always have little jars of chia pudding in my fridge, either for a quick breakfast or snack. I add fresh fruit, nuts and sometimes even homemade granola.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
STEPS
1. Add the ingredients in a mason jar and give it a good stir so everything is mixed together. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before eating.
NOTES
If you want to, you could add maple syrup for a sweet touch.
