VANILLA MATCHA SMOOTHIE

Matcha is probably the trendy drink of the hour. Personally, I still prefer a good cup of black coffee. However, that doesn't stop me from adding matcha to my diet anyway. You can totally add a teaspoon of matcha in recipes such as a smoothie. I use a vanilla flavored matcha which gives this smoothie a very delicious little kick.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 tbsp chia seeds (or flax)

1 tsp vanilla matcha from From The Reserve


STEPS

1. Put the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
