5 Podcasts Episodes

You Should Listen To

Listening to podcasts might be one of my favorite things to do – you can literally learn from any topics with experts, for free! How cool?

Of course, I have a thing for health & nutrition podcasts, but I also love everything mindset, sustainability & more. Here are some of my favorite episodes that I listened to this month.

Prevent America's Number One Killers with Plants | Heart Disease & Diet-Related Cancers with Dr. Klaper - The Ellen Fisher Podcast

I loooove Ellen Fisher, but for those of you who may not know her, she is a beautiful mama of  5 and lives this amazing life in Hawaii – the dream!

In this podcast episode, she talks with Dr. Kapler, an internationally recognized medical practicioner who helps patients reverse chronic illness with plant-based nutrition.

Darin Olien On The Toxic Products That Are Destroying Your Health (And The Planet) - The Rich Roll Podcast

I am a big fan of Darin Olien ever since I discovered  him in the popular Netflix docu-series called Down to Earth (with Zac Efron). I’ve been following him ever since on social media, read his book (SuperLife) and listen to his podcast weekly (The Darin Olien Show). He was invited on Rich Roll’s podcast to talk about his new book Fatal Conveniences (next book on my reading list). In this episode, Darin shares how the many products we routinely use are actually harming us in real and often invisible ways.

How Food Affects Autism, Listening To Your Intuition and The Power of Nutrition to Heal with Elemental Superfood Founder, Nicole Anderson-James - Plant Based, Not Perfect

I have been following Elizabeth (the podcast host) for a long time on social media and I just love everything that she shares – always practictal and simple. In this podcast episode, her guest Nicole talks about how food affects autism, especially refined sugar. Nicole also shares her experience with her own daughter's healing journey.

Prevent Chronic Disease TODAY with These Foods & Nutrition Insights w/ Dr. Jeffrey Bland - The School of Greatness

This episode features Dr. Jeffrey Bland who is known to be the ''Father of Functional Medicine''.  I love listening to him on different podcasts since he is so knowledgeable. In this episode, he talks about how nutrition can strenghten the immune system and prevent chronic diseases. He also talks about gut health and shares practical tips for optimizing digestive health.

Healing Inflammation in your Gut, Sufficient Protein Intake, Combating Constipation & More with Holistic Nutritionist Elissa Goodman - The Dream Bigger Podcast

This episode talks about nutrient-rich foods and supplements to incorporate in our diets to heal our gut and optimize overall health. The link between hydration and constipation, and so much more. I love to learn everything about gut health so I really enjoyed this episode.
